These terms cover your use of the Vibreel app and website. By using Vibreel you agree to them.

Your photos and videos

You keep the rights to the photos you upload and to the videos and images Vibreel makes from them. You give us permission to process your photos only to create and deliver your results.

Only upload photos you have the right to use. Don't upload photos of other people without their permission.

What you can't make

Don't use Vibreel to create content that is sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or illegal, that impersonates someone, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may refuse a request, remove content and close accounts that break these rules.

Credits and payments

• New accounts get free credits for their first videos. Free videos carry a small Vibreel watermark.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases made through the App Store. There's no subscription.
• If a video fails to generate, the credits it used go back to your balance automatically.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

AI results

Videos and images are made by AI models, so results vary and won't always match the preview exactly. Previews show the style, not a guaranteed result.

The service

We work to keep Vibreel available, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Templates and features may change over time. To the extent the law allows, Vibreel is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
